As the end of year exams approach : Dr Bilikis Talibou's advice to candidates

The end-of-year exams are fast approaching and the different candidates are sharpening their weapons to get their sesame. Only, many are, schoolchildren, pupils and students who do not know how to plan this month of May, which is nothing other than the anti exam chamber.

For Bilikis Talibou, Dr in Educational Sciences, this is the month when a malicious fear sets in. "Stop it ! Every learner deserves to be successful. And so don't panic !», does she mean. For that, the author of the booklet entitled "A short motivational guide for learners" gives some tips to the different candidates. "Plan, take short breaks after 1 or 2 h working, respect your sleep time to avoid overwork, ensure a healthy and balanced diet, favor individual work without excluding group work (1 group is enough), seek help if needed ", advises Dr Bilikis Talibou. To believe it, self-confidence is the weapon of any success. "Doubt is to be avoided if we have been up to date throughout the year. You have to dream and visualize your success. The exam is not a punishment ", pointed out to the various candidates, Dr Bilikis Talibou.
