Presidential election in Benin : The first candidates came to the CENA

The National Autonomous Electoral Commission barely opened the application file on Monday, February 1 2021 that the very first have already manifested themselves.

This is Patrice Simènou Ago who is familiar with the facts but after studying the files is no longer on the final list.

Second on the list, Ganiou Soglo, unsuccessful candidate in 2006.
