The second is entitled “Disputes of the arbitration, the ways and means to lodge a technical reservation against the referee or a claim or letter of complaint to obtain sanctions against a referee”. It was presented by the head of the arbitration department, Thomas Bocco.
“The provisions of the regulations and the disciplinary code on violence : the facts and the penalties incurred individually and collectively”. This is the theme of the third communication presented by the permanent secretary of the league, Alphonse Hounkpatin accompanied by the arbitrator Fadel Adégnika who is a lawyer specializing in criminal matters. The last communication had as its subject "Organization of the matches of the championship : What must be done in terms of organization to preserve security before, during and after the game ». This communication was made by Imorou Bouraïma.
Participants at this seminar recommended that referees be better trained. They formulated 7 recommendations including the publication of the various sanctions imposed on the referees and the prosecution of the perpetrators of violence in the stadiums.
