Health sector : Known Cnssp and Cnmh members

Members of the National Primary Health Care Council (Cnssp) and those of the National Council of Hospital Medicine (Cnmh) are now known. This, the evening of the Council of Ministers which met on Wednesday, the 19 August 2020, under the presidency of Patrice Talon, President of the Republic of Benin.

Several decisions come from the Council of Ministers last Wednesday. To the Ministry of Health, we now have a clear idea of ​​the members that make up the Cnssp and the Cnmh. Thus, at the level of normative measures, there was the appointment of the members of the National Council for Primary Health Care and the National Council for Hospital Medicine. According to the Council of Ministers, it was at the end of the call for applications and selection process that these various members were selected.

The National Council of Hospital Medicine (Cnmh) will be chaired by Djimon Marcel ZANOU. It should be noted that in order to increase the management of these conditions at the national level and to promote the benefit of this care to a greater number of people, the Government has decided to set up a day hospital in oncology at the level of the CHU-MEL and the CNHU-HKM.
