Scheduled to last two days, The Job Fair for the benefit of Uac students aims to bring out a new generation of leaders capable of meeting the aspirations of the job market. During these days, there was talk of a series of communications, exchange between students and business representatives, conference debate and learning workshop led by professionals, contacts, on essential themes in the job search process. On this occasion, the students presented their expectations to the organizers through the voice of Anita Dadélé. “We hope to obtain the necessary tips and advice to better integrate into the professional world, understand the codes and know how to create links with the people we will meet on this journey”, will she say.

Indeed, the question of the professional integration of graduates today is one of the important criteria for evaluating performance at the level of university training establishments. In this dynamic, they no longer rely solely on training and research but above all on employability. “It is therefore useless to train young people who, once they graduate, find themselves unemployed”, will exclaim the Director of the IT Training and Research Institute (Inferior), Eugène Ezin. For him, this show comes at the right time. The honor went to the vice-rector in charge of academic affairs of Uac Patrick Houessou to officially launch the said job fair.
