Moov Africa Ligue Pro Handball 2023: Euloge Dossou prediction

Handball is one of the sporting disciplines that is emerging today in Benin. The meteoric rise of the small ball in the country of the cantor of the Rupture is due to the serious work done by the people who manage it. The president of the South regional league Euloge Dossou tried to decide on the teams which will be crowned at the end of Moov Africa Pro Handball League 2023.

At the head of the Southern Regional Handball League for almost 6 years, Euloge Dossou proves that he is the right man in the right place. His managerial sense makes handball shine in his coverage area. An analytical look at the Beninese handball scene perfectly illustrates that this league is full of the best clubs in Benin. “I am a polished president. We own the best clubs in Benin. It is up to us to support them in continuing the work to stay the course”, said Euloge Dossou.
To believe it, the tough, healthy competition that takes place among all clubs in Benin during a competition is due to the strategy put in place by the executive committee of the Beninese Handball Federation under the leadership of President Sidikou Karimou. “All the clubs are moving and want to be on the podium. Because each competition becomes a great challenge because of the prospective vision and the development plan of the Beninese Handball Federation. You just have to attend the last day of this season's amateur handball championship and especially experience the atmosphere in the stands to realize. What obliges us, we league members, club managers to redouble their ardor”, he indicated.
While wishing a good competition in the phase 2 of the Moov Africa Pro Handball League 2023 to all teams, Euloge Dossou announces that at the end of the season, just like the other seasons, it is the southern regional league which will finish first on the two podiums (Ladies and Men). “The wish of every league president is that the clubs in his zone are crowned. The clubs, both at the level of their female and male versions, have written the history of Beninese handball in golden letters for years.. All the more reason that history will repeat itself again this year”, he says with a smile before adding “In view of Adjidja’s performance in Brazzaville, the soldiers have the cards in their hands to keep their title. But Flowers and ASPAC have not yet said their last word. It's a big battle. On the ladies side, it will be very open between Adjidja, Flowers and ASPAC with a slight advantage for the port team given the experience of its workforce”.

To note that 31 meetings are on the program for this first grouped phase of the national professional championship which is held from 30 October to 5 November 2023. The ladies will open the competition with the first meeting between Adjidja HBC and Aso Model HBC at the Hall of Arts in Cotonou from 9 a.m.. The second meeting of this 30 October will be between ASPAC and Flambeau at 3 p.m. (Cotonou time). On the men's side, three matches are on the menu for this first day. Abo Sport will face Assec HBC of Parakou at 11 hours. A 13heures, Flowers will do battle with Aso Model. And finally at 5 p.m., still at the Hall of Arts in Cotonou, Adjidja Hbc va affronter ASPAC. At men's, two teams will have to leave the boat for the play-offs.
