The abilities of 25 civilian and military cadres have been strengthened. This, as part of the strategies to be implemented to curb the inclinations of jihadists. An initiative of the National School of the Armed Forces, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Parakou.

Curb the inclinations of the jihadists who give insomnia to the populations of the coastal countries of West Africa in general and Benin in particular. This is the objective targeted by the Beninese authorities who have decided to strengthen the capacities of 25 civilian and military executives. On the occasion of the official ceremony of their parchments,  Lieutenant Libertie Fantodji, spokesperson for the recipients thanked the authorities, in particular the members of the technical staff as well as the professors of the University of Parakou and the Konrad Adenauer foundation which offered scholarships to the learners. She said she was very happy to be among the chosen ones of this master's scroll 2 strategy professional. For its part, Colonel Serge-Bruno Chabi suggested that strategy is the art of defining the ultimate goal of war, and that the recipients now have material to confuse the terrorists and reassure the populations. The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Rear Admiral Patrick Jean Baptiste Aho, retired general Célestin Ameyi Guidimey, international security consultant and adviser to the republican police of the palace of the republic, Captain Albert Ezin Badou, Chief of Staff of the Naval Forces of Benin, Abdel Nasser Samari, Director of Programming and Foresight of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security as well as Mr. Abraham Sidokpohou, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Governance, Franck Béhanzin, head of the legal unit of the Ministry of National Defense are other recipients.
