Any natural person whose personal data is being processed may ask the person responsible for this processing : information allowing you to know and contest the processing of your personal data ; confirmation that personal data concerning him are or are not being processed, as well as information relating at least to the purposes of the processing, the categories of data to which it relates and the categories of recipients to whom the data is communicated ; the communication in intelligible form of the personal data concerning him as well as any information available as to the origin of these ; if applicable, information relating to the transfers of personal data envisaged to a third State ; when possible, the planned retention period of the personal data or, when this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this duration ; the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of the processing of personal data relating to the data subject, or the right to object to this processing ; the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority ; when the personal data is not collected from the data subject, any information available as to their source ; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, useful information regarding the underlying logic, as well as the significance and intended consequences of such processing for the data subject.

To this end, the person concerned sends a dated and signed request to the controller by post or electronically, or his representative. A copy of the information is communicated to him without delay and at the latest within sixty (60) days of receipt of the request.
