National Pro Handball League: Flowers HBC rolls out

Third victory in as many outings for the defending champions. At the end of the 4th day of the zonal phase of the National Professional Handball League, the men of Flowers Hbc have confirmed their status as favorites ahead of Abo-Sport (30-20).

On the move this Sunday 11 July 2021 on the municipal land of Abomey, Flowers Hbc upgraded its host. Indeed, the meeting started at the pace of a diesel engine before taking a brisk pace especially on the side of the visitors who managed to win the first part on the mark of 9-17.

Back on the hard of Abomey, Abo Sport players show their intentions to restore parity very early on. This allowed the proteges of coach Angelo Adjagbénon to reduce the score a little bit but without really shaking the foals of the general manager of Flowers, Aimé Sèbio who won the game (30-20).

Unlike his opponent of the day (3 matches, 3 defeats), Flowers of Cotonou thus counts in pool B of this zonal phase of the Pro Handball League, three wins in as many outings. The third team in this group, Buffaloes Hbc is rested after their loss (18 – 21) the Saturday 10 July against the defending champions.
