Cadet and Junior at the test this Sunday
In partnership with the association “Sport Pour tous” and with the sponsorship of the Benin Karate-Do Federation (FBK-DO), the Atlantic-Littoral League of Karate-Do organizes this Sunday 15 August, l'Open de Cotonou. A competition that will see cadets and juniors challenge each other in Kata and Kumite.
The Agla youth and leisure center will host this Sunday 15 August, des Athlètes cadets et juniors de karaté dans le cadre de l’Open de Cotonou 2021, a competition organized by the Atlantic-Littoral League of Karate-Do. This sporting event which will bring together several athletes from associations affiliated with the FBK-DO. Elle permettra comme l’indique le président de la Ligue Atlantique-Littoral de Karaté-Do Eric Gbègbo « De jauger le niveau des jeunes athlètes avant le prochain championnat national ».
So after the departmental championship held two weeks ago, the Atlantic-Littoral Karate-Do League decides to give the youngest precisely the cadets and juniors the chance to put themselves to the test and better sharpen their weapons before the next big deadline. "This competition, well organized by the Atlantique-Littoral league, is open to other leagues wishing to participate and who have honored the various conditions of participation", specified the president of the league organizing this sporting activity.
Note that this Open will see athletes competing in Men's and Women's Kata and Kumite events..
