MAJOR DECISIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF 23 SEPTEMBER 2020

The Council of Ministers held its weekly meeting on Wednesday 23 September 2020. At the end of this meeting, important decisions have been taken.

-Transmission to the National Assembly, for review and vote, of the bill on the protection and rules relating to international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora (CITES) in the Republic of Benin

-Adoption of different forms of trade union organizations, criteria of their representativeness and methods of organizing professional elections ;

-Amendment of the decree establishing and approving the statutes of the Center for the Promotion of Handicrafts (CPA), and appointment of members of its Board of Directors ;

-Integration of seventy-six (76) justice auditors in the body of magistrates .

-Implementation of recommendations from the investigative missions of various control bodies in public health facilities .

-Appointment of the Director General of the National Social Protection Agency
