Training for Cohort candidates 2021:Millemots Vox and The Voxers Benin take the gamble

The campus of the University of Abomey Calavi (Uac) served as a frame, Saturday 30 January 2021 on the official launch day of training courses for Cohort candidates 2021 Millemots Vox and The Voxers Benin programs. It was a question of making discover 80 youth (from 6^e up to the bachelor's year at the university) , the new digital training platform and the presentation of the Solution Maker concept to new participants.

Throughout this day, the participants were invited to familiarize themselves with the unfolding of the process and the accompanying measures put in place by the Mille Mots Foundation, as well as the creation of a fraternal and friendly framework which would allow a mixing between participants of the two programs.

On the menu of this training, opening session of the meeting provided by Norentz Gogan, Executive Director of the Foundation; course module focusing on everyone's understanding of the concept of Solution Maker (Solver). There were also several workshops for group discussions and discussions made up of participants aged between 15 and 25 years old.; frequently asked questions about both programs; teamwork training session; video projections recounting the thrilling moments of previous editions of the programs; launch of the new digital training platform designed especially for candidates of this edition and announcement of the general theme of the edition 2021 of said programs.

Opportunity for candidates to learn about the training schedule concocted by the foundation, the different modules that are made up of it and the access conditions. Placed under the sign of Leadership in times of change, the edition 2021 of the different programs will have the candidates work on various themes drawn from the theme of the year: “What kind of leadership in a changing world like ours? ». It should be remembered that Millemots Vox and The Voxers are Leadership and Healthy Leisure programs designed respectively for young people under 25 years and those under 15 years in order to prepare them to become Solution Makers.
