The activities of the Beninese Tambourine Ball Game Federation are officially launched on Sunday 18 February 2024 at Fidjrossè beach in Cotonou. This is in accordance with its annual work plan.
Indeed, The Benin Beach Tam Challenge allowed the leaders of the federation to open the sports season and carry out their activities in accordance with the established program. This Benin Beach Tam challenge therefore brought together all the athletes practicing the Tambourine Ball Game and especially the young thumbs. These also constitute the next generation of the discipline. Opportunity for the Secretary General of the Beninese Tambourine Ball Game Federation to present the activities included in the program this season. Finally, he will exhort the athletes, technical officials and all actors in the chain to play their part for the development of the discipline. The second vice president, President of the African Ball Game Region at Tambourin Jean Louis Gnidokponou, took the opportunity to salute the efforts that the executive office is making to promote the discipline on the national territory and requested the same effort for the Africa Region: “Le Bénin oui, mais le développement de la discipline en Afrique fera grandir davantage le Bénin”. To do this, dira-t-il “la Région Afrique ne ménagera aucun effort pour booster les activités à l’interne”.
