Indeed , the two personalities discussed Russian-Beninese relations, including the development of political dialogue, expanding trade relations, economic and humanitarian.

The Beninese Minister of Foreign Affairs took the opportunity to express his support for Russia following the recent tragic terrorist attack. “…to the families and loved ones of the victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, noted the solidarity of the Beninese with the Russian people and expressed confidence that all those responsible for this inhumane crime would be duly punished”.
