Sunday legislative elections 8 January 2023: Here are the provisional results

The Autonomous National Electoral Commission gave the provisional results of the legislative elections on Sunday 8 January 2023. A l’issue, three parties out of the seven will have the privilege of sitting in the National Assembly, 9th administrative secretary of the Cauris Forces for an Emerging Benin.

This is the Progressive Union Renewal, first political party with 53 seats, followed by the Republican Bloc 28 seats and the Democrats 28 seats.

Some numbers :

Participation rate of 38,66%.

MOELE-Benin with 56.507 votes for 2,28%;

FCBE 109.805 voice (04,44%);

The Democrats 598.490 voice (24,02%);

UP-R 928.947 voice be 37,56%;

UDBN 26.415 26.415 voice (1,07%);

MPL with 31.641 with 1,28%

BR 721.636 voice with 29,17%.

NB : The final results will be announced by the Constitutional Court.
