Statements from some candidates

This candidacy is placed under the sign of a New Alliance in active solidarity. “I am once again a candidate desired by media professionals themselves, particularly those in the written press who want this candidacy to be placed under the sign of a new alliance in active solidarity”, declared Franck KPOTCHÉMÈ, under the well-fed ovations of his supporters mobilized for the occasion.

“We are no longer in the game, we are at stake. Faced with the current situation of media professionals, we must act, shock therapy must be administered”, said Basile TCHIBOZO.

Armand Hounssou, outgoing Vice-President of Haac, declared that this motivates his candidacy, is that “there is 5 years ago a dynamic began at the level of the press in general and the audiovisual sector in particular” and that he noticed that “this dynamic is not ready to stop”.
