"Woman of impact" distinction, Act 1: Dorcas Codjia Togbenon to recognize the merits of his peers

The Director of Lumière Communication Dorcas Carmelle Codjia Togbenon intends to recognize the merits of her peers through the celebration of female leadership in Benin. The Act 1 of Distinction "WOMAN OF IMPACT" takes place, Saturday 07 August 2021 (at 3:00 p.m.) in Cotonou.

Shine a light on beating women, professional, leaders and innovators ; contribute to the construction of female youth ; promote female excellence and reveal the hidden talents of the fighting women of Benin, from Africa and the world. These are some of the missions that the promoter Dorcas Carmelle Codjia Togbenon assigns herself through the concept "Woman of impact"..

Indeed, "Woman of Impact" is a concept (in the form of a web chronicle) designed to promote women who, by their roles, functions, professions, formations, initiatives and projects make a great contribution to the construction of their country. It is a concept of a social nature which aims to pave the way for female youth for better awareness and better professional integration. This distinguished event will be dedicated to around thirty women who will have the opportunity to experience highlights such as photoshoots, des Masters Class, the visit of stands, video projections, a Live on Facebook, raffle games. All this concluded with the presentation of trophies and distinction, cake cutting and B2B meetings.

otherwise, the laureates will receive their distinction in 07 different categories that are : executive manager, executive and manager, executive manager & team manager, entrepreneur, business manager and motivational coach, manager d’organisation, coach-motivatrice. This deserved distinction is the result of objective research carried out by our team of investigators on the proposal of the Promoter of "Woman of impact".
