The Head of the 4th Arrondissement of Cotonou was the guest of the Gbadjèmin show last week on Capp FM. It was about the citizen role in the development of his city.
Deep or deep, Saliou Adélabou Adedjouma was at ease even though he is Yoruba. This is proof that he is the right man for the very cosmopolitan 4th arrondissement of Cotonou.. “Without the citizen the city does not exist because he is at its heart”. This is essentially what we must remember from the intervention of the head of the 4th arrondissement on Capp FM radio. The local authority thereby makes it known that everything starts from the inhabitants of a locality. Civic sense with the proper use of city property and their contribution to the co-production of security through the denunciations of lawless individuals who nest in the different houses, the CA laid out the different aspects of the role of the citizen in development. Saliou Adedjouma still castigated the negligent behavior of certain citizens. The unsanitary conditions and anarchic occupation of public space were, however, denounced by the deputy mayor of Cotonou. Saliou Adédjouma did not hide the contribution, oh so important, opinion makers who are the grumblers and others in the development of their locality.
