Media as Executive Assistant and Commercial Agent, she created in 2011 its own communication agency and maintains good collaborations with several local companies by consulting in marketing and advertising strategy, then by producing programs such as Star plus and Noel des enfants. Also she devoted herself to one of her passions which was video production.

Today, in addition to his agency, She is Co-founder and Executive Director of the NGO Icon 360° which she leads with her brother Yves Sèna Alavo in order to help populations for more equity. She is the Representative of FuturCast in Benin and President of the Zero Palu coalition in Benin.. It is with joy that she travels deep Benin to meet the people to bring them a message of hope because she is convinced that knowing one's identity and one's abilities are essential for the full development of an individual..

Affectionately called Zanssoukpè Hountô (Mosquito killer in fon) by the people she meets on a daily basis, she is one of those who think that the development of Africa must be done by its own sons. However in 03 years of relentless fight against malaria, Yvette Sessi Alavo was able to impact through her various messages 3.000.000 people. She has also since 2017, received four awards in this field, which encourages him despite his difficulties to persevere and always move forward.

These focus areas are : health, the environment, and education and the fight against diseases, in particular malaria, because of a painful personal experience.

Today, preventing diseases, especially pandemics and epidemics, is a way for her to get everyone to take real care of their health. In a word, his dream is to make his country and Africa a place where social productivity is combined with peace and development.
