African fencing confederation : Jacques OKOUMASSOUN new SGA

Benin is honored at the last elective General Assembly of the African Fencing Confederation held in Dakar, the Senegalese capital.

Indeed, on the occasion of this statutory congress of the EAC, the green nation, jaune, rouge rose to the roof of the continent through the Beninese Fencing Federation. Jacques OKOUMASSOUN since it is about him is elected Deputy Secretary General of the structure in charge of fencing at the continental level at the end of the work. This meteoric rise of the man who has been in charge for several years of the destinies of this sporting discipline at the national level is due to his activism and the Beninese diplomacy that can undoubtedly be described as ” paying”. In total 30 member associations of the African fencing confederation took part in this conclave having known the conduction of the outgoing president of the organ Mbagnick NDIAYE with 21 votes against 8 and one abstention.
