On the Glasgow track this Sunday 3 mars, the licensee of AJ Blois-Onzain concluded her competition with a podium, offering him a very nice bronze medal.

After many years of waiting, Noélie Yarigo was there this Sunday 3 mars : on the track during a world final. To reach the top six at the Glasgow indoor world championships, the licensee of AJ Blois-Onzain had perfectly managed the series then the semi-finals.

On the strokes of 22 h 20, the Franco-Beninese took the start. Two minutes later, she crossed the finish line in third place ! Only beaten by the Ethiopian Tsige Duguma and the British Jemma Reekie, Noélie Yarigo made a big final sprint to win a bronze medal (2’03”15).

AT 38 years, she thought she had a window to glean a trinket. Her legs have done the rest and she will taste the joys of a top 3 at the highest level.
