Objet : Important announcement : Postponement of the Al-Termezi international tournament and WSP finals

Dear members of the Kurash family,

We hope this message finds you in good health.

We inform you of an important update regarding the A-Termezi international tournament and the WSP finals, initially planned for 14 at 19 October in Termez, in Uzbekistan.

We received an official communication from the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan (UKF) informing us of their decision to postpone the event. Despite careful preparations – hotel reservations, charter flights and visa applications – UKF expressed concerns over unresolved technogenic situation in Surkhandarya province. In the interest of the health and safety of all athletes and their guests, she decided to postpone the tournament until the situation is fully resolved.

We understand how, This news is disappointing and we share your frustration. However, the well-being of all involved must remain our top priority. UKF will soon announce a new date for the tournament, and we will keep you informed as soon as new information becomes available.

We thank you for your understanding and continued support during this time.. We look forward to meeting again in the future for a successful tournament.

H. Farman – President of the IKA
