There is also the sham which consists in putting on the costume of anyone in order to play the role of the father, fake husband, of the boss, of the colleague, or a friend to accompany such or such person to an event (wedding, evening outing or other).

This practice stems from the fear of being judged. Result, tariff meetings between psychological support and ephemeral friendship have become commonplace to the point where loneliness has become a business that even interests companies. Only friendship is for sale, friends to hire to confide in or release from a situation or problem. And the business of loneliness is the practice that gains value. We invented friendship on fixed-term contracts. On the sites, we find the best friends for all tastes.

Will Africa suffer the same end in a few years? ? Everything leads to believe. Lack of trust in relationships, even friendly or family, individualism having become almost the norm. in addition, the socio-professional situation and the lack of autonomy are the main factors that trigger loneliness. Old age, disability, a period of unemployment, family problems, social media addiction, a breakup, a sickness…  Reasons that are multiple and very present in Africa. Anyway,  the frantic race for earnings and materials is slowly destroying African society which is traditionally based on warmth and human values. All things that must return to habits and take over the loneliness which is very dangerous and very additive.
