Benign : Patrice Hounsou-Guèdè in prison

He is no longer free to move around. Involved in a plot matter, the former mayor of Calavi, Patrice Hounsou-Guèdè has just been sentenced to one year in prison with a warrant filed by the judge.
The other people involved in this case received the same sentence. This is Gélase Hounguè, former director of development and town planning at Abomey-Calavi town hall, Tognifode Romain, surveyor and former director of IGN and Bouraïma Séibou.
