Benin Pro League: Dynamo d'Abomey wins Zou return derby

Dynamo d'Abomey may have waited until matchday three in this return phase of the Benin Pro League championship to deliver true fan production to their fans.. The colts of coach Ibrahim Da Silva carried by the public won ahead of As Tonnerre (2-1) after the southern derby, played on saturday 13 last march in Zakpota.

If the first part was marked by sterile desires displayed on both sides, it was not until the first quarters of an hour of the second half to see the locals open the scoring through Yacoubou Abrakimou in the 50′. The response from visitors was not long in coming. Because Kouami Cheik sets the parity for As Tonnerre eight minutes later (1-1). But at the 64 ’, Ibrahim da-Sylva's winning coaching proved its worth.  James Mama who barely entered the game finds the net on a sumptuous whim, thus delivering a whole town (2-1).

Thanks to this victory, the Abomey club has just taken its revenge when we know what to go (the 6 February 2021) it was the formation of Tonnerre who took the upper hand with the same score.
