This Saturday 22 Avril 2023, the ASPAC teams were on the court to deliver their championship matches. If men were able to pull out of the game, the ladies could not face those of Élan Coton at the opening of the Play-off.

It was the 11th day of the YouZou Men's Basketball League Pro Benin Championship. without forcing too much, Adéremi Adéwunmi's men won AOL (40-55). Even if the gap is not as big as that of the first leg (80-45, 4 mars 2023), the Ports obtain a precious victory after the two missteps recorded against Renaissance Bbc on the 9th and 10th Days. After the first quarter a little shy on the ASPAC side, win (10-14), the Ports crush the opponent 18-04 in the second and finish in front of going to the break (14-32). In the 3rd quarter, they let go and give in (13-09). Despite the awakening of Ghikel who will register two shots behind the line on four attempts, in the last quarter, Adéremi Adéwunmi's men finish one point behind (13-14). ASPAC BBC still wins 40-55 thanks to the work already done in the first part of the match. Patrick Goussanou (nº8 ASPAC BBC) was voted MVP of the game.

Bad start for the Ladies

At the ladies, it's the opening of the Play-off of the YouZou Pro League. two clubs, Elan Coton et ASPAC BBC, will oppose in five innings. The first match of the series which opposes also took place at the Éya Center this Saturday. Elan Coton who appears like an ogre in these Play-offs with regard to its workforce.  Proof the ladies of Elan Coton largely dominated their opponents of the day. 68-32.
