Alibori: Ahmed Bello Ky-Samah for a new dynamic

Born the 17 January 1974, Ahmed Bello Ky-Samah is Mohamadou Moussa's successor as head of the Alibori department. Training human resources manager, he obtained his A2 series baccalaureate in 1995 before starting your university course. A university career crowned by numerous diplomas. Among others we can cite : the ENA1 diploma in law and general administration / Diplomacy and International Relations option in 1998, law license, Political Sciences and International Relations option (1999 and master's degree in law / option Political Sciences and International Relations (2000). It was after all this that he made the choice to give himself a specialty by opting for human resources management through his ENAM2 diploma in Human Resources management obtained in 2002. And to clear a path for this purpose, he has followed several internships and training at the level of both private and public structures at national and international level. As a good patriot, he put the knowledge acquired on his way to the service of several Beninese institutions. His appointments in 2011 as Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Industry, trade and small and medium-sized enterprises and Chairman of the ad hoc committee for the examination and evaluation of bids in the context of the procurement activities provided for in (PTA) of the CPPE under 2018 are some illustrative examples. Appointed Wednesday 2 last June in the Council of Ministers, prefect of the department of Alibori, he undoubtedly appears to be the right man for this chair in view of his rich career, both formative and professional. Also he owes this meteoric rise to his perfect knowledge of the realities not of this department for which he is now in charge but also of Benin as a whole.. Note that he has already entered into full function on Friday 4 June 2021 through a charging ceremony between him and his predecessor Mohamadou Moussa at the Alibori Departmental Health Directorate.
