Alain Capo Chichi, holder of two doctorates in computer science at the University of Montreal and the University of Paris 8, embarked on higher education through the creation of the CERCO group for several years. So 20 years after its creation, the CEO carried out the total renovation of the offices and the creation of spaces. "The CERCO Group has therefore made significant investments in order to equip its premises with nearly two thousand (2.000) computers. equally, we have set up a set of tools, of equipment, robots, of systems with an investment of nearly 10 billion in order to recruit and train nearly two thousand (2.000) learners in three (03) years " ; he indicated.

Very committed and determined to work for Africa, "My goal is not to enrich myself with training on the backs of poorly trained students condemned to unemployment" he says before adding "I got involved in the industry to find opportunities for them. I have computer assembly factories and I think I know what you expect from a computer scientist today ".

Likewise, he explains, "The idea is to prepare them to solve problems. And so today training is not upstream. I'm telling you today as a specialist, the school is wrong to think that you have to train with these old fashioned programs and then the graduates will get by. Rather, it is necessary, from the problem, prepare young people to be able to innovate and respond to community problems ”.

otherwise, he emphasizes that it is with this in mind that the CERCO group has partnered with “Coursera”. This in order to offer a proven competence to the students at the local level. “The platforms like Coursera on which we are positioned, prepare learners to study taking into account their profile and their passion. These platforms offer high level courses : robotic, Big Data and augmented reality ”, he clarified while adding that "The CERCO Group has put at the disposal of these students all the means so that they are able to compete with their comrades internationally", he suggested while specifying that "Currently, we are going to open a school in Ghana, in Togo and France. Our training model is based on innovation and our products are the best. My only fight : it is to promote the talent of African youth. We are the first computer school in the CAMES space, more equipped than any school in this space. I train and I guarantee employment and a minimum wage of one thousand five hundred (1500) euros to students ”

To finish, Alain Capo Chichi urged the youth to believe in their dream and never back down in the face of difficulties. "I think we have to give young Africans what I have received. I consider myself a messenger and I put my training, my resources, my international network to change things. No one in Africa has what I have capitalized on ... I am lucky and in a hurry to give, cause i know the day i die, I will not leave with what I have accumulated ... "he said before asking to meditate on this quote : "You can kill a man but not ideas".
